Return and Exchange Policy - Rihla and more
At "Rihla and more" store, we are committed to applying the systems and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to ensure the rights of our valued customers.
1. Return and Exchange Period:
The customer has the right to request an exchange or return of products within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with its original packaging and all accessories.
2. Cases of return and exchange:
In case of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order: "Rihla and more" store bears all shipping costs.
In case of change of desire (without a defect): the customer bears the shipping costs.
Exemptions: Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse, or products that have been modified upon request cannot be exchanged or returned.
